Tariff review mechanism for clients of Ukrainian distribution:
Tariff indexation is applied once a year.
The main indicators affecting the change of the basic tariff (excluding fuel) are the inflation index, the hryvnia to euro rate and the average salary in the field of transport.
Each indicator is calculated from the moment the cooperation starts until the last day of the current month when the review itself takes place (in % ratio).
The basic tariff (excluding fuel) for transportation services is reviewed in case of significant change of indicators:
a) in case of change of inflation index (consumer price index for goods and services) according to the State Statistics Service of Ukraine (http://www.ukrstat.gov.ua/); and/or
b) in case of change in the official exchange rate of hryvnia to euro upwards (http://minfin.com.ua/currency/mb/); and/or
c) in case of bigger changes in the average salary in the field of transport in Ukraine or in the region of the Contractor's activity according to the State Statistics Service of Ukraine (http://www.ukrstat.gov.ua/).
Written notification on change of Tariffs is provided at least 14 (fourteen) calendar days before the new Tariffs start, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
This mechanism does not apply to fuel surcharge, change of which occurs automatically without any written notifications at the beginning of the next financial period.
