The company has received:
Authorization to conduct customs brokerage activities;
Authorization to operate a customs warehouse;
Re-registration of the delivery location — in accordance with the new requirements of customs legislation.
Since April 19, 2026, amendments to the Customs Code of Ukraine have come into effect, pursuant to which Chapter 1 has been supplemented with Article 11. Under the new regulations, a customs representative is authorized to declare goods on behalf of a third party only if they hold a license to conduct customs brokerage activities.
Such authorization may be obtained only if the company fully meets a number of criteria, including:
compliance with the requirements of Ukraine’s customs and tax laws,
the absence of criminal convictions among the company’s officers,
the absence of systematic or serious violations of customs regulations,
the absence of sanctions under the Law of Ukraine “On Sanctions,”
the presence of a designated customs officer with clearly defined responsibilities.
