Delivery of groupage transport

Dear partners, this is to inform you that starting from April 2023, delivery of goods to Zone 1 is carried out according to standard delivery times.

To other zones, delivery is carried out according to the schedule and with a 1 business day extension of delivery time.

The exceptions are the directions D88 (Zakarpattia and region), D76 (Ivano-Frankivsk and region), D56 (Chernivtsi and region), D69 (Zaporizhzhia and region), D50 (Kryvyi Rih and region), D55 (Mykolaiv and region), where the delivery time can be extended by 24 hours.

Delivery of goods from D49 (Dnipro and region) and D69 (Zaporizhzhia and region) to D61 (Kharkiv and region) can be extended by 24 hours.

The delivery time of cargoes from D49 (Dnipro and region), from D69 (Zaporizhzhia and region) and from D25 (Kropyvnytskyi and region) to D55 (Mykolaiv and region) may be extended by 24 hours.

In this case, goods must be at the distribution centre in Velyka Dymerka no later than 24 hours before the delivery date.
Delivery of ATB-market LLC (Kopyliv)

Deliveries of goods with the characteristics of the goods - chemicals, both household and industrial, to the recipient of ATB-Market LLC in Kopyliv (zip code 08033) are carried out in 48 hours, with the exception of shipments from Kyiv, where the delivery time is 24 hours.


Cargoes with the characteristics of the goods - chemicals, both household and industrial (including those maintaining the temperature regime of +5 +20), are delivered to the recipient of Kopyliv ATB-Market LLC according to the schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Pickup of goods and pallets from ATB-Market LLC

The collection is carried out on the condition that the entire package of original documents is received by Raben Ukraine LLC no later than one day before the collection day.
