! Important information regarding delivery times
Due to the current security situation in Ukraine and the associated prolonged air raid alerts, there may be delays in deliveries.
Consequently, collection times in Kyiv and the Kyiv region, as well as delivery times throughout Ukraine, may be extended by at least 1 working day.


Temporary conditions for cargo collection in Kyiv and the Kyiv region:
1. Orders for cargo collection must be placed by 11:00 on the working day on which collection is scheduled.
2. The minimum volume for collection and subsequent delivery to a specific destination in Ukraine is:
 - from 8 Euro pallets measuring 1.2 × 0.8 m; or
 - from 5 non-standard pallets measuring 1.2 × 1.2 m or 1.2 × 1.0 m.
3. A mandatory condition for organising a collection is the ability for a 20-tonne lorry to access and load the goods unhindered at the collection address. 

 

Delivery of goods in Zone 1 is carried out according to standard delivery terms.
Exceptions are destinations D88 (Zakarpattia and region), D76 (Ivano-Frankivsk and region), D56 (Chernivtsi and region), D69 (Zaporizhia and region), D50 (Kryvyi Rih and region), D55 (Mykolaiv and region), where the delivery time may be increased by 24 hours.

Delivery times for cargo from D49 (Dnipro and region), D69 (Zaporizhia and region) and D25 (Kropyvnytskyi and region) to D55 (Mykolaiv and region), D61 (Kharkiv and region) and D65 (Odesa and region) may be increased by 24 hours.

Delivery times for shipments from D01 (Kyiv and the surrounding region) to D40 (Sumy and the surrounding region) may be extended by 24 hours.
