Raben Ukraine plants trees as part of The e-invoice = higher culture program

2021.06.02
In spring 2021, representatives of the Beremytske Nature Park in Chernihiv region planted 600 trees for Raben Ukraine. Like last year, tree planting was carried out with strict observance of all safety measures by the park staff.

"Planting trees is already becoming a great tradition. We continue to care for the environment and make the future of our generations better. I want to emphasize that this initiative would not have developed so rapidly without the help of our customers, who are actively joining the e-document program. We hope that next year our team together with their families will be able to join this wonderful cause and personally plant a new portion of trees. ”, – comments Inna Ocheretna, CEO of Raben Ukraine.

Just to remind, The e-invoice = higher culture program, which presupposes rejection of paper documents, is a long-standing initiative of Raben Group. It has been implemented since 2014. Almost 16,000 trees have been planted so far. Raben Ukraine introduced this practice in 2020.

This year within the initiative 600 maples and lindens have been planted. This is the number of clients/subcontractors who have joined e-invoice = higher culture program in 2020. One seedling was planted for each customer/subcontractor who abandoned paper bills in favour of electronic ones.

Raben Ukraine has been working on the logistics market since 2003. It offers a full range of logistic services for contract logistics, international and domestic transportation as well as sea and air freight services. The company has about 500 employees. It also has about 70 000m² of warehouse space (including regions) and about 600 vehicles at own disposal.

Beremytske Nature Park is a nature conservation site in the south of Chernihiv region, located on the left bank of the Desna River. The main activity of the park is related to the restoration of ecosystems through the implementation of rewilding methods for the creation of mosaic landscapes, including through natural grazing. In addition, the mission of the park is to be the driving force in preserving the diversity of the animal kingdom. For this purpose, the place is cozy and safe home for about 80 different kinds of animals.
