Stage 1 — Send in you CV
Do you want to develop your drive with us? Send in your CV. We analyse each one carefully in terms of qualifications and the candidate's suitability for our company.
Stage 2 — Short telephone interview
If we decide that you have a drive to work in Raben and your knowledge and experience are what we are looking for - we will call you - we will ask you a few simple questions and most probably arrange a meeting.
Stage 3 — Meeting in our office
This is the stage when our HR representative and your potential supervisor will talk to you about your experience, plans and expectations in a pleasant atmosphere over tea or coffee. All that to make sure we have a drive to each other! ;) During this meeting you will learn more about our company, the requirements for a given position and the specifics of work. We’ll be pleased to present you our offer of financial and non-financial benefits. Most of our recruitment processes assume a maximum of two meetings. After each meeting you will receive feedback from us.During the recruitment process, we may ask you to take recruitment tests. Thanks to them we would like to test your knowledge, language skills, analytical and personality predispositions
Stage 4 — Feedback
We will notify you of our decision by e-mail or by phone within the time limit agreed during the meeting. We hope it will be a decision to start cooperation!
Stage 5 — Welcome to Raben Group
Now it’s time for a pleasant moment for both sides. We will sign an employment contract with you, discuss your onboarding process and possible development paths.
