Stage 1 — Send in you CV
Do you have a drive for development? Send us your CV. We analyse each one carefully in terms of qualifications and the candidate's suitability for our company.

Stage 2 — Short telephone interview
If we decide that you have a drive to gain experience and your skills are something we are looking for - we will call you to ask if you are still interested in working with us. We'll ask you some simple questions and probably make an appointment.

Stage 3 — Meeting in our office
This is the stage when our HR representative and your internship supervisor will talk to you about your experience, plans and expectations in a pleasant atmosphere over tea or coffee. All that to make sure we have a drive to each other! ;) During this meeting you will learn more about our company, the specifics of work and perspectives for your development. During the recruitment process we will see if you fit into our organizational culture. In some cases we will test your language skills or analytical aptitude.

Stage 4 — Feedback
We will notify you of our decision by e-mail or by phone within the time limit agreed during the meeting. We hope it will be a decision to start cooperation!

Stage 5 — Welcome to Raben Group
Now it’s time for a pleasant moment for both sides. We'll welcome you to our team. We’ll ensure you the possibility of gaining experience and work comfort. We’ll discuss the possibilities which might open up for you after your internship or apprenticeship.
