Recruitment process:

 

• Stage 1 — Send in your CV
  Do you have a drive for cooperation? Send us your CV or give us a call. We analyse each application carefully in terms of qualifications and the candidate's suitability for our company. 
• Stage 2 —  Telephone interview
   If we decide that you have a drive to work in Raben, we will call you to make an appointment.
• Stage 3 — Recruitment meeting
  This is the stage when our HR representative and the warehouse manager will talk to you about your experience, plans and expectations in a pleasant atmosphere.  We present to you the conditions of employment we offer. In certain cases, we will also test the ability to operate a forklift truck. All that to make sure we have a drive to each other! ;) 
• Stage 4 — Telephone feedback
  We usually decide whether we will continue our professional development together already during the meeting. However, if this doesn’t happen, be sure that we will notify you of our decision within 2 business days of the meeting. We hope to make only positive decisions! Also in your case! 
• Stage 5 — Signing the contract
  Now it’s time for a pleasant moment for both sides. We will sign a contract that will guarantee your comfort and a package of attractive benefits. The support of your colleagues and a friendly atmosphere is included. Because now we are sure you have a drive to work with us!
• Stage 6 — Welcome to Raben Group
  Now you know everything! Time to work together! You're ready for it! So are we! Together we've got a drive to act!
