Manufacturers, distributors, retailers will not be able to win the loyalty of consumers if the goods are not delivered on time to the point of sale. As practice shows, not always own logistics can cope with this task. The outsourcing of some logistics functions is becoming increasingly popular in the Ukrainian market, while being an integral part of business processes.

Over the past 10 years, the market for logistics services in Ukraine has undergone significant changes. Everyone is focused on growing and developing their own business and winning more customers. New product items and services are being introduced to the market, which require considerable attention and investment attraction. The buyer is becoming more demanding due to the wide selection of goods and services. It is quite natural that the expediency of investing in own logistics is declining.

International companies which, adopting the experience of doing business in their European divisions, were the first to acknowledge this and now prefer outsourcing. But it should also be noted that many domestic companies are increasingly interested in an external logistics provider. And it can not but bring joy.

As a 3PL operator, our task is to provide a range of services: transportation of goods in international traffic, customs brokerage, responsible storage, delivery to the final recipient in Ukraine.

At the same time, it should be noted that the delivery of goods by road across the territory of Ukraine in a groupage shipment format is one of our main activities. It is safe to say that this is the main competitive advantage that favorably distinguishes our company from many others working with this type of delivery.

Raben Ukraine divisions are represented in most cities of the country, we are actively working to increase our partner network, investing in various technical and IT solutions. Every year we update our own fleet (more than 60 units) and attract more and more external carriers due to the annual increase in sales.

We actively monitor market trends, understand customer requests and work to make our services interesting and in demand. So, for example, in connection with the recently increased demand for delivery of goods to retail chains, we offer customers delivery in a groupage shipment format to all the chains that are represented in the Ukrainian market. Our clients know that we always have transport in the necessary direction and quantity, we have an opportunity of consolidation of freights, we understand specifics of delivery of goods to shops, we return all necessary documents. In addition, we keep records and return empty pallets.

Our customers can always count on us in case of unforeseen situations related to the delivery of goods to a particular point. The company has regional warehouses, where it is possible to store the goods until the situation is clarified.

The electronic document management system has been operating successfully in Europe for a long time. It is not a secret that this process not only optimizes working hours, but also saves a lot of paper that needs to be processed.

This year we are successfully cooperating with some of our data transmission partners in electronic format. The task for 2020 is to switch to the electronic version of consignmet note.

In addition, the company has acquired special devices for drivers (ed.: ETA devices), which allow not only to track the timeliness of delivery of goods, but also to scan and transmit documents electronically to our customers through Raben platform.
