Raben’s approach to e-commerce is a comprehensive service. With our infrastructure and resources we can provide comprehensive logistics services for online shops: warehousing, product delivery and handling returns.

Our activities focus on three areas:
1. Storage of products for online sale with the use of a warehouse management system that supports and controls all warehousing activities and functions.
2. Preparation of shipments (picking, packing, preparing shipment documents, printing and attaching invoices to the shipments) and shipment with current tracking of the delivery status of courier shipments, or handling of parcels on delivery.
3. Handling product returns and replacements:
